Three Rounds. Three Fresh Cases. One Journey.
Every round brings a new business case and a new challenge. Teams must analyse, strategize, and present their solutions to earn their place in the next round.
CaseSprint pits student teams against a new business case at every stage of the competition. Each round raises the difficulty and the stakes — only the sharpest teams make it from the starting blocks to the final stretch at JKKNIU.
This isn't just another case comp on your CV. Here's what teams walk away with.

Reach the Grand Finale, compete on the JKKNIU stage, and leave with an achievement worth remembering.
Every round hands teams a brand-new case. Nothing carries over except what you've learned, and only the sharpest teams make it to the finish.
This initial stage sets the groundwork for the competition by testing the foundational analytical skills of all participants. Teams receive their first case, solve it and build a pitch deck, and finally submit the deck to advance.
The second phase challenges competitors to adapt quickly and communicate their strategies effectively in a virtual environment. Selected teams get a new case, present it live online to the judges, and create and submit an OVC.
The culmination of the event brings the top performers together for a live showdown to determine the ultimate champions. Finalist teams get one last case to solve and then present it live on the JKKNIU campus in front of an audience and judges.
Here's exactly how it breaks down.
